Husnik Homes, Inc., has had the distinct pleasure of being the builder of this brand new 6,600 square foot facility. The daycare is scheduled to open December 2008. This building has a poured concrete foundation, with Whirsbo floor heat throughout. The building includes Andersen windows, Hardi Plank siding, and brick veneer on the exterior. There is an underground drain tile system as well as a French drain using river rock to divert the runoff and to top it all off there is a beautiful rain water garden. Both nice to look at and Eco friendly!

The interior of this facility includes a full kitchen for meal preparation along with mini-kitchenettes throughout the center. The building has been wired with a closed circuit TV/security system. Some other implementations include touch free faucets for hand washing and air hand driers to reduce the spread of germs.
