Commercial Remodeling
Commercial Building Remodel in Roseville, MN ~ Click on pics below for large versions
This project kept growing as we got more into it. Once we had demolished the interior we discovered that the entire roof was not safe and needed to
be replaced. The brick on the exterior top 4’ had to be removed, cleaned up and reinstalled. All of the windows have been replaced with non-operational
windows. In some areas we eliminated windows completely and in other areas we doubled the size of the windows or put windows in where there weren’t any.
This not only allows for a lot of daylight but also gives the staff excellent views of the pipeline yard. We also installed a handicap ramp and a custom
made railing for the ramp. This project took approximately 3 months to complete and as you can see from the pictures – it’s now gone from a building that
wasn’t being used for much other than storage to a building that now serves a purpose!

We had to tear down several courses of brick on the exterior of the building. We also put in a whole new roof and roof top HVAC system.
We removed and replaced all of the windows and in some cases we made the windows bigger and we also installed an additional door.

The before picture shows the windows framed in. The after picture not only shows the new windows, but also the tile work which includes this customer’ logo inset in the tile as well as the finished desk area.

This is the rough in plumbing for the new restroom. As a commercial remodel this restroom is completely ADA compliant. Note the great tile work on the floor as well as the walls.

You can see what rough shape the interior of this building was. It hadn’t been in use for quite some time. You see…there is always a diamond in the rough. The after picture is proof of that.

Again you can see what we had to work with when we started this project. This is an Operator’s building at a local pipeline facility.

The wall with the broom leaning against it has been extended and this wall is where you see the lockers in the after picture.
Cummins NPower in White Bear Lake, MN ~ Click on pics below for large versions
This update took place at Cummins NPower in White Bear Lake. The
decision had been made to change their colors from blue and gray to
black and red. The project took place over several weeks due to the fact
that this is a business and some of the work had to take place on weekends.
We were able to bring some of the display stands back to our shop to
remove the old laminate which was done with a heat gun and then we cut,
glued and installed the new laminate and then delivered them back to the
job site.
The parts counter was redone on site and you can see that the new black
laminate gives that counter a very sleek and polished look.
The reception area also has a new look and you will notice that the red
horizontal bars really add a little extra detail to the desk area.
