Appliance selection is next. This is very important as the cabinets are closely tied to the appliances by size.

Flooring is the next phase in the building / remodeling process. This would include:

Ceramic Tile (for floors, shower walls, fireplace fronts, etc)

Of course we need to lighten the place up!! Picking out light fixtures is next on your "to-do" list. ** A helpful hint - Once the wiring is in place, walk through the house and make your list of the light fixtures that you would need. It makes the trip to the lighting store much easier for you.
