Exterior items will be the first to be included in your new home or remodeling project.
Exterior selections to be made first are as follows:

Plumbing items are next to be selected. These are important because they will be installed during the plumbing
rough-in stage.
Examples of these items would be:

Working with the cabinet shop is your next step. Listed below are the phases of this process.
- Countertop Selection
- Cabinet Hardware Selection
- Fine Tune Design

Appliance selection is next. This is very important as the cabinets are closely tied to the
appliances by size.
Next in order of selection would be the:
- Stair Spindles
- Door Hardware
- Case Work (i.e. base, casing)
Flooring is the next phase in the building / remodeling process. This would include:
- Ceramic Tile (for floors, shower walls, fireplace fronts, etc)
- Carpet
- Hardwood Flooring
Of course we need to lighten the place up!! Picking out light fixtures is next on your "to-do" list.
** A helpful hint - Once the wiring is in place, walk through the house and make your list of the light
fixtures that you would need. It makes the trip to the lighting store much easier for you.
Finally, we get to paint! Exterior and Interior paints and stains are next.
