The challenges of remodeling an 1885 farmhouse are tremendous. One of our goals was to match the old house with the new addition as much as possible. I must say that the results far exceeded our expectations.

We have been in our remodeled home six months now and simply love it. All the planning and waiting has definitely been worth it. We want to thank you for your efforts in making this dream a reality for our family. If you would like to include us as a reference for prospective clients that are thinking of building a new home or remodeling an existing home, please do so!

We built our first new construction home with you 10 years ago, which nearly doubled in value when we sold it 9 years later. With your help, we added things along the way such as a new deck, finished basement, and wood flooring in the master bedroom. All of the additional projects were done with the same quality as the original construction. We received many compliments over the years about the quality of craftsmanship throughout our first Husnik home. We have always found your pricing to be fair and never changing once a contract had been signed. That's why when we found our present home, which needed major renovation we did not hesitate to call you. This was a great experience because we have so much trust in you and the quality of construction you provide.

We had so much fun working with you to make our dream house come true. Your feedback was helpful as we developed plans for the remodel. When changes or alterations in plans were needed, your advice was honest and straightforward. As new options came up, as they will with a full-scale remodel, your suggestions and recommendations were well thought out and thoroughly explained to both of us. Never, in two complete home projects, with many jobs in between, has a surprise cost or unfair adjustment occurred.
